Buying new PC parts - Which should I get?

I plan to upgrade my current computer with a new mobo, proc, memory, and vid card. I built my current computer about a year ago and have been out of the scene for a while..so needless to say I need some help picking out the right stuff. Hopefully you guys can help me :)

I am thinking of getting a 9800 xt..i really don't want to spend over 400 for a card. Any suggestions?

This is just the AV8, but the AV8 3rd Eye is a great motherboard as well.
