Can't hook up to internet

Can't hook up to internet after installing new hard drive in laptop. Windows XP, wireless network on laptop says i am connected with good strength.When i open explorer it says, The page cannot be displayed. Please try the following ,hit refresh and so on. What am I missing.

Open IE and go through the network setup again. I think it's tools, internet options and connections.
