Cannot find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CLASSES\MAGNET

Hello again,
I have recently did an online virus/spy where scan with panda softwhere which shows one incident of spy where on my computer. (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CLASSES\MAGNET) It doesn't seem to contain a high threat but knowing its their does cause some concern and the fact that i've searched for the folder and cannot find it. Has any one come across this who can help me to remove this little problem.

You cannot find it because that is not a regular file.

Start > Run > type "regedit" > hit Enter

In there you should see the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE folder. Go through that folder until you see SOFTWARE. Browse through SOFTWARE until you see CLASSES. Then browse to MAGNET.

The one problem is that these are registry files. If you delete this, you delete a file in your registry.

removed the folder and did another scan. computer shows up clean.

Just be careful when messing around in the registry. One false move could destroy your Windows install.
