If you aren't an audiophile, the built-in sound on the motherboard should be fine. You may not need a separate sound card.
If you are really picky about audio quality and need a separate card, look at this : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6829117105

As for a video card, what kind of games will you play? If you are going to be playing starcraft or something similar, go for the cheapest card you can find. If you want to play high-end games, try the Geforce 6600 or 6600GT that was recommended earlier. The 6600s offer the best price/performance ratio for graphics cards.

And for power supply, look for one that has a 350+ watt capacity. Try antec, they are a good PS company.
