Card Reader Issue

Hi, I hope someone can help with this. I've read the threads on installing new hard-drives as it seems to be a similar issue, but there has been now joy.

My PC has a card readers on the mobo - I'm not sure what I did, but now they don't show on 'My Computer'. They are shown on the device manager and I have tried reinstalling the drivers but no joy. Any ideas?
