$130 USD gets you a 2.66GHz dual core Pentium that can be overclocked to a stable 4.1GHz without rediculous cooling.

A long, but nice read. Looks like it ran 100% stable at only 3.326Ghz, but windows booted at up to 4.3Ghz.


On a side note: ewww memory timings of 4-4-4-8.

Still managed to pull some very nice benchmarks for a budget CPU
