About a $300 limit for a decent computer to play World of Warcraft.. suggestions?

cheap and decent gaming computer does not mix you know. Why don't you go 600 and get something that can play it on max settings. If you get the parts off ebay apart from hard drive and build it yourself you can be surprised what you can get.
