Take the blue pill.... err I mean option B. AMD > Intel any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

I would personally go with Choice B, but it all depends on how much you value the mobilitiy of a laptop. If its not that important, and instead a high end system is, then go with option B.

Personally I'd rather have two good computers (one being a laptop) than having one kick ass system... but that's just me... I'm not a gamer, so that weighs a lot in my decisions.

Do you need a laptop? If not, Choice B is definitely the way to go.

Well next year im going into collage and I do a little gaming. So I was thinking of going towards getting a better video card for my current computer, and then the laptop for school, and web browsing.

So if I go towards that direction what is the best video card for AGP at a $200 -$300 price range. I will be getting the card from http://www.tigerdirect.com
