I have the laptop for fun, the desktop for work and the desktop was ready to be replaced (which it was today).

We just moved and I am going through boxes trying to find the installation cd for the cisco wireless adapter and can't find it anywhere :/

I'm thinking I'm SOL if it was in any of the boxes that went to charity or were trashed... right? I mean, I'm still looking through boxes, but it would be nice if this was download-able somewhere? ..

You can download it but you didn't say which adapter you have. Just search Google for the driver. If you already used it, the driver should still be installed.

It's the Wireless G-USB Compact Network Adapter (Linksys) and your suggestion worked (downloading the drivers), thanks again, Don!
