Can anyone help me resetting the BIOS password.. i had put bios password in my toshiba satellite A100..

please inform how to reset the password..

Well you could try some of the backdoor BIOS passwords depending on your BIOS manufacturer located here

If none of those seem to work, you could always just take out the CMOS battery and put it back in, thus resetting all of the information stored in your BIOS.

well,if it dosen't work, there is another method. when you getting star your windows XP operation system,press F8 button, then come into safe system model,go to the BIOS setting ,change your old password,then save your setting ,restar once more.you can try this
