CMOS Memory Wrong, CMOS Battery Flat

Hey all, i posted before about my computer not booting properly, but i noticeed a mesage that came up in my cmos saying that i have a flat battery and wrong memory, people here said something about a heat sink and my power supply, but yeah i replaced the cmos battery but it still says its flat and i dont knwo how to fix the memory - and before anyone asks i havetn touched the memory since ive bought it....and it worked since then, until now... im hoping with the new information im giving you guys will help...

Try reseating the memory. Perhaps it was hit/unseated when you changed the CMOS battery.

my mate tried to fix it, and he put the pbattery int he wrong way and now everything is messed up my CPU burnt out, and same with my mother board... so yeah im now on my new computer lol, oh wells....
