coffee spilled on laptop...can we fix??

My Nephew spilled coffee late on his laptop. What should we do? I told him to wait til I found out. Thank you

Take it apart, clean everything you can get to with a cotton ball/qtip and rubbing alcohol, wait for it to dry, and put it all back together. If you search around, you may be able to find a service manual for it which would make the disassembly a lot easier.

all you can do is let it dry for a few days the see if it works usually the keyboard will go and you will need to get a new one, just depends how much coffie he spilt. Obviously if it was alot you need to then pull it apart and make sure it's all dry inside and let it sit for a period
