You can view the computer I'm going to build's configuration here.

http://www.tfoaf.net/computer

Please tell me if everything will work together etc.

Yes...yes...I know I've asked to help before...but I switched to AMD. :)

I'm keeping it under 2 grand. It's like $1998.40 with shipping/tax included now.

I just have a quick question.

You see my heatsink? [The XP-90C]...well...someone had told me that this is a better and more powerful heatsink:

ZALMAN CNPS9500 LED: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6835118223

Is that better than the XP-90C?

Thanks,
Craig

XP-90 is just as good as C ! I would spend some more money on a Better PSU ,maybe OCZ since your buying the ram (good stuff) ,thing is
you will always add to it ,after it's up and running stable ,so more fans ,
and whatever will come latter. Think about a stable system . I am a big
fan of DFI but thats me !

Also 92mm is the fan of choice for that heatsink .

Please move this to the hardware section...I didn't realize I put this in the Windows forum.

Question...What are good power supplies for what my computer is going to be like?

Inexpensive..

My friend told me that the Ultra X-Connect 500W power supply is good.

This: http://www.ultraproducts.com/product_de ... ductID=161

Is it good?

Thanks,
Craig
