Have you tried updating all of your graphics card drivers and direct-x. My friend had the same problem and fixed it like this.

At first glance, I would say its a problem with your RAM. Simply put, you just don't have enough. Now I don't kno exactly what games you are playing, but most games post year 2000 will require something more than 128 MB of SDRAM. I suggest upgrading your RAM at least to 256 like said above.

I have checked it for games which running before I adding graphics card. I think it should be problem with graphics card.

it doesnt sound like a problem with your graphics card. i would have to say its your ram. most games require 256 not a 128. i would say you just need to upgrade your ram.. i dont believe your graphics card would cause hanging unless the game requires something more on the graphics.. but that doesnt sound like the case.

I have to agree. Your processor, RAM and Video card are a bit substandard for most of "today's" games.

Things you could try:
Play at a lower resolution
Try using an older driver. The newest driver in some cases isn't always the best
Upgrade RAM as mentioned before and/or video card if possible.
