I had a feeling you were wasting your time and money with that but I didn't say anything. I suggested a memory tester which costs nothing. You tried the more expensive way first. It doesn't matter what you are fixing. It could be a car or a washing machine. Always try the cheaper solution first.

Open the box and run a small table fan.

Could be the video card freaking out, since it only happens during games. If you can...borrow a video card from someone and try that out, if it works then get yourself a new one. If not I guess we can go from there.

I've also seen scenarios where the memory tests fine, but when it's switched out it works perfectly *shrug*

Perhaps it would be better to ask what game are you trying to play when it shuts down, what are the minimum system spec requirements, what are yours, and do they match up?

Most likely it's the video card... is it too hot? That is the problem with my computer and it could be the same for your computer. My computer turns off when I play games or anything that requires a lot out of my video card and then when I check the video card it is too hot so I let it cool down before turning the computer on again.

Although looking at your specs it might be something else...
