When I turn on the PC, a message comes up saying
"CMOS Wrong Settings"
When I enter the BIOS setup for the boot priority, my primary or secondary IDE isn't on the list. All there is, is "Disabled, CD-ROM and Floppy Disk"
Also, when I try to boot from my XP disc, the installation always fails. It comes up with the message, "Setup did not find any hard disk drivers installed"
Is there a way to fix this?

Go into the BIOS again and either set the HD detection for auto or chose default settings. One of those should get the PC to boot. Try that first. I don't think you will have to reinstall.
