Connect HDTV to my PC

I am just about to buy a HDTV, please advise me how to hook it to my pc to use it as a monitor?

My HDTV has a monitor out on the back. So I would need a standard monitor cable and hook it up to my PC and that should be it.

What TV did you buy? What kind of outputs are on the back?
