Connecting a MAC monitor to a PC

Hey guys, I heard that it's possible to connect a MAC monitor to a PC. I'm thinking of getting a nice flat mac monitor but I don't want to buy it until I'm 100% certain that the model I want can be connected and can work perfectly with my PC.

This i the monitor I'm looking at (Apple® 20" TFT-LCD Flat-Panel Cinema display )

I can't seem to find any relevant information for this particular model online. Can someone tell me if it's possible to connect the two??!!
