Check your RAM

1 - 3 - 1 - 1 DRAM refresh error Reseat the memory modules

http://www.bioscentral.com/postcodes/dellbios.htm

If reseating it doesn't work, try replacing it.
If it's less than a year old you should still be under waranty. If troubleshooting the RAM doesn't work, call Dell support. They will need your Service tag number and Express service tag number.

Power down your PC and unplug the powr cable
Take off the side panel to your case
make sure the RAM is fully seated
Plug your PC back in and power it back up

Here is what your ram card/s look like

http://www.oamao.com/Matos/ordi/guide/SDRAM.jpg

They are held in place by two levers on each end. What grinch is sayin is basically push down both levers so the ram chip/s pop out. Then push them back in and make sure they are secure. You know if the are secure because the levers will realign themselves with the notches in the memory cards that keep them "locked in"

ATNO was talking about the levers that secure the RAM into place.

If you have no idea how to open up your computer case then I seriously suggest taking your PC to a repair shop or getting a friend to help you out.
