Hello Guys,

I have a Dell Laptop which I use for my office work. Its not detecting pen drive and my external hard disk also. Laptops USB ports are working fine because I am able to use my USB mouse and I am able to connect my webcam. Even the pen drives are also working because I tried the same pen drives with another laptop they are working fine. I have tried in Device manager but there is not mentioned as pendrive. Show me a way guys.

Thank u in advance. :D

See if they are detected in the control panel. administrative tools, computer management, disk management.

If not, I would think that something might be disabled in the BIOS although I'm not sure what. You'll have to look around.

The BIOS is the only answer since you said that the drives work in other machines. You'll have to get someone who understands the BIOS to help you.
