:( I hope I am in the right place. I've purchased a Jam Studio digital drawing tablet and I'm having toruble getting it to work. May be the hook up, I'm sure it's not a programing problem. I would love to get started using it soon. Anyone out there with suggestions on how to get this thing going?

What OS is your computer?
Did you install the drivers/ software that came with it?
Using USB for hookup?
Are your computer's USB ports USB 1 or USB 2?

I too cannot get Jam Tablet to work. Although it is fully installed no icon appears in the control panel so the tablet cannot be set. Web painter OK. Any suggestions.
Op System: XP home (set to 98/net for tablet)
USB 1 hook up.
