FB-DIMM same as DDR2 DIMM RAM?

Hi all,

I find some RAM called "FB-DIMM", do it is same pins of DDR2-DIMM? and do the Server MB can using DDR2 RAM on it FB-DIMM slot?

240 pins from what I can tell. FB-DIMMS are DDR2 from what I have read so far.
