does system fan really helps ?

hi, my cpu fan always sounds so loud when i leave the pc on for like 1 hour i am thinking of buying a system fan does it helps the sound problem? can it help to cool my cpu?

I would just replace the CPU fan. The bearings are probably shot. Just measure it and then go down to the nearest mom & pop computer shop and grab a replacement for a few dollars.

A case fan will help lower the ambient tempature in your case and will help air circulate inside of it, but if your CPU fan is going out, that is what needs to be replaced.
