Doesn't recognize installed RAM, PLease HELP!

Hey guys!
I installed 1gb DDR PC 3200 400Mhz ram but system didn't recognize it.
so i used cpu-z to find some information (click the above link)
the old ones are placed in slot 1, 3
and new one is placed in slot 2.

could anyone please tell me what is wrong?
is it defective one? or did i simply bought a wrong one?

Did you follow the mobo specs that are set by the manufacturer?
