C drive not able to format

Hi,


I have one desktop. I am trying to format the C drive of that machine.
But it is giving message "Set up didn't configure hardware"

So I would appreciate if any help

I've never seen that error before. What OS are you installing? What OS was there in the first place? What make machine is it?

Which version of windows? What does the USB have to do with the install? Are you trying to install it from a USB drive? If so, did you set the BIOS to boot from the USB drive?
