Dvd/Cd-/+ R disc's sizes

Ok this is kinda stupid, but does anyone know the actual sizes. The normal ones are like 5.25", but theres a smaller version of them that are like 2.75". Does n e one know what im talking about?

Yes, there are various sizes of optical media available that vary in size and even shape. The most common is a 185MB pocked CD-R also available in DVD-r @ 1.4 gig, these are 3.5" disks. If you prefer they also offer a business card looking CD-R that is 50MB...fits in a wallet easily. Any reputable online dealer will have all of these and most all retail computer outlets.

Edit: Oops, was thinking 3.5 floppy there for a sec...The media size is 3". They fit in that inner indentation of your CD tray.
