Ok.

I own a Dell PC, and last night heard some clicking in the top fan (there's two of them). Idiot that I am, i stuck a paperclip in to try and swee what was happening while it was still plugged in, which caused an electrical spark. I quickly unplugged the computer, fixed the fan, then plugged it back in, but now the computer will not go on at all. Its not the outlet.

What else could it be? Is there any hope to get it working again? Help!

Thanks in advance.

You might have blown a fuse in the power supply. Take it out, open it up (be careful not to touch the leads of any of those big capacitors) and see if there is one in there you can replace.
