HP Elite - HPE-270f PC - Power-Up Sequence

When the system comes out of hiberate mode, it trips a breaker in my electrical panel. In the past I

had two desktops on this same circuit without any issues. Have a small APC/UPS to handle the load

but it is not the AVR type.


Decided to change settings to never hibernate but would rather resolve the issue.


Can one change the power-up sequence on the system to lighten the load when it comes out of hiberate mode.

Circuit has an AFCI breaker which has never given me any problems.
