When the system comes out of hiberate mode, it trips a breaker in my electrical panel. In the past I

had two desktops on this same circuit without any issues. Have a small APC/UPS to handle the load

but it is not the AVR type.

Decided to change settings to never hibernate but would rather resolve the issue.

Can one change the power-up sequence on the system to lighten the load when it comes out of hiberate mode.

Circuit has an AFCI breaker which has never given me any problems.

Any other issues with power in the house? I have seen a lose ground to the house do something like this.
Did you try getting a new breaker?
Does the laptop trip a breaker anywhere else?
