External Hard Drive not appearing in Explorer

Just installed a LaCie USB external hard drive. Installation succeeded, was formatted and partitioned. Windows System Information shows the new drive and available disk space. However, it is NOT appearing in Windows Explorer or my alternate file manager. Thinking it might be a setting in the BIOS.

Any suggestions are appreciated. I have submitted a question to the vendor's tech support, but it may be a few days for their response.

check in BIOS this could be the problem.

hi
if the first disk is in fat32 and second in NTFS the second one wont be showd in the explorer. check that.
