Login as the first user. Click start, run and type the IP address of the PC with the shared folder, preceeded by 2 back slashes and press enter.

example: \\192.168.0.100

Do you see the shares?

I do see the shared folder. When i click on it doesn`t open.
this is the message i get.
"Folder is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource.Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions.
Access is denied"

That profile has a permit for full control but can`t access, second profile can access.

Make sure that both PCs are in the same workgroup and add that the profile in questions is on both PCs as well.

as far as i researched it is a network issue.may be its a workgroup issue.check whether both the pc's are under same workgroup first.and then try to add ur profile and check whther the file is sharing from first one.
