My flash disk isn't working

Hello Everybody,

I've GenX USB Flash disk 512MB. It worked well for sometime but now its failing when you copy files to it you can't copy from it, it says disk error. Is there anything I can do to correct it? I've tried reformating but it still doesn't work.

Does it do this with any computer you try or just a particular computer. When you are trying to copy files from the USB drive what is the operating system of the computer you are trying to copy to?

It does this with any computer and with all windows 2k, XP & 98.

IS the flash memory youve got a new one??. AFAIK Flash memories have limited life (limited reads & write's).
