Thanks. That's easier to understand. A little odd though. Are all the RAM cards PC 100, PC 133, etc or a mix? What does your MOBO support?

I'm at a loss. I can't think of a reason why if they all test good they shouldn't work together. Sorry,

How many memory slots are on your motherboard?

Have you tried different slot combinations?

Only thing I can think of is a seg that i just read
about (could be the same ) but you see first .
Chantech has this problem with the 2nd dimm not
registering up at boot .See if it fits (after ,scroll up
and check the whole read out ) .

Are they the "non-parity" sticks ?

I know it sounds funny being it works with another kind of ram, but if I can have a system running a stick of pc133, & 2 edo sticks at the same time this wouldn't supprise me...

If it is the non-parity sticks of Kingston, perhaps the ones your friend let you use are NOT "non-parity" which could let the motherboard somehow trick the non-parity stick of Kingston into thinking whatever it wants.

According to my Asus mobo manual , it said if you put ur rams in diff slots will affect the perfromance (correct me if i wrong ) .For example , if u put ur ram in slot 1 and slt 3 is diff if u put slot 2 and slot 3 .Try all the combination and see what happen
