Graphics Card Problem?

Ok, for as long as I can remember I have been trying to make WoW work on my computer, and it just won't. Refuses point blank to load. I have spoken to a few techy people about it, and they seem to think my computer should have no problem handling the game. But it doesn't handle it. I have upgraded the graphics driver and it still wont load.

I am running a 3.1ghz Pentium, with 1gb ram, and a Nvidia geforce 6600 graphics card.

Does anyone have any ideas?
