pc hangs at startup

Hello to all masterminds,

my pc hangs when starting windows xp pro, i have been changed my HDD & RAM but it can't solved my problem, so what should i do? Crying or Very sad


pc configuration
pentium 3 processor 868 mhz
intel motherboard 810

Turn it on, hold F8. When you see the menu, use the arrows to choose Last Known Good Config OR Safe Mode.
