I just got a Seagate 320 SATA harddrive. I wanted to add this as a slave drive to my Seagate 160 Ultra ATA/100. I somehow managed this but it lists the 320GB harddrive in the "Safely Remove Hardware" place, I dont want it to be like that.

That usually happens if it is through a USB...It's not an external right?

Hmmm...Well, I have looked a little for your problem...But as long as it does not effect the harddrive, and your ability to store data...I don't see the problem...

Your using that drive on a SATA 3Gbps bus which supports hot-swappability.

It's nothing to worry about.
