Hard drive recognized; not in "My Computer"?

All right, I have the same problem with my external Verbatim hdd and I have found it in disc management but all options (including Change Drive Letter and Path) are greyed-out... so I want to know what should I do now
please help, I know this topic is quite old but I am new to this forum and I've signed in because you had the best and easiest solution
