HardDrive not showing up :(

Ok im only 16 so dont have ago at me :)
I just reformatted my computer and now when i go into MY COMPUTER it only says there is a C drive and a F drive for some reason my E drive is not showing up i dont know what to do or anything so if someone could give me a step by step guide to get it to show up that would be great thanks :)

check this~~
1>right click on "my computer" and click "manage"(or "management". i'm using a Simplified Chinese version so i'm not sure)
2>click "disk management" under "storage"
3>if you can see your partition there, right click on it and choose "change drive name and path name"

try this first and if it doesnt work please post details~~
