hardware connection problems

Hi when ever i connect hardware to my computer (plug and play) it restarts, pleas help me i need to use my new scanner urgent

Do you have a lot of devices plugged in via usb? It could be a power management problem.

i bought a new scanner, i followed all the instruction of how to install the the drive and hardware. the problem is wen after installing the driver, i connect the scanner my computer restarts before it could add new hardware. please anyone, help me

Double check your connections. Check the your usb devices connected.

Then reinstall the driver. Maybe there`s just an instruction you`ve skipped.

Be calm. All things will have to be in its proper connection.
