I have a problem with my 9700 pro

I'll get str8 to the point.

I have an Athlon 2200+,512 Ram,ATI Radeon 9700 pro,Win XP Home and an ECS L7S7A2 and of course DirectX 9b

1) When in DXdiag (directX diagnostics),in the display tab the option "AGP Texture Acceleration" is gryed out (like it's not supported,but im sure it does.)

2) When in the card's advanced settings,on the tab SMARTGART the AGP speed is "off" (?!) and the options 1x & 2x are disabled.I have tried to enable it to 8x or 4x but with no succes.Also the fast write option is disabled as well and on inactive.

Any ideas on how to fix these problems,because i have severe performance problems in some games.

Try updating the drivers at from ATI. if you already updated them try uninstalling your drivers and reinstalling them.
