my pc is heating up

my pc is heating up instantly when i turn on the pc..this is winter season here ..but i don't know why this occurs..temperature goes to 70 C ...i have two fans installed..please help

Glad you did fan maintenance...my first thought is check cmos battery, when was last time you replaced it ? I do mine once a yr.
Anyway wondering if your fans are running in power save type mode if so disable that let them run full speed. (cmos not holding setting may cause them to run slower).

If the room gets too hot then take the side panel off and place a table fan next to it, keeps it nice and cool. if computer is too hot invest in better cooling like more fans and water cooling
