help server wont start !

ok i have 3 servers and they are all running very similar setups and recently one of them just stopped turning on..... well it turns on and the turns of within 30 to 40 seconds. I need to get this fixed urgently so i would greatly appreciate help

Make sure it isn't overheating. Run the bios settings when the machine boots, then watch the temperature of the CPU / Mobo / case and make sure it doesn't get too hot. Also, make sure the CPU fan is running.

i cant get it to run long enough to get to the bios

sadly its not.... figured out it was the mobo dont no why it was working the day befor so i went and bought a new mobo and its working again but i would still like to find out why the old one failed

Because electronics fail. Nothing is fail proof. Do some research on the mobo and see if there have been similar problems.
