Help~ with I/O device problem w/ MP3 player

Hi there, I am having an I/O device problem my USB MP3 unit..I used to be able to transfer my MP3's from my computer to this unit..until today..i can't seem to figure out the problem..everytime I would like to enter my USB MP3 player device (known as I:\ on my computer), comes out this I\O device error..can sombody please help me...thanks

Try Removing everything that has to do with the device then reinstall the drivers for it

I also get the same problem but i cannot seem to open the folder or format it....that means i cannot delete my file...Do u know of any program or any method i can use to delete the things in my Mp3 player

i am having A problem evertime i put my mp3 player in the usb port and try to open it it tell me i have an I/O device error and it wont let me format of remove anything on it
