Ive been trying to know which processor, graphic card, ram and motherboard are the best and this is the system which i came up with. Please tell me if it's good enough and what else i could add or replace to get even better performance. I want a computer for gaming and i want to have the best graphics and the quickist of systems. So here i go:

Processor:
Amd X2 Athlon Am2 Socket 5200+
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6819103759

Motherboard:
M2N32-Sli Deluexe Wireless Edition
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6813131011

Ram:
Kingston 512 PC2 800 DDR2 (Four of them)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6820134087

Graphic Cards:
Im a bit confused so i selected 2 graphic cards and wanted you guys to help me out. First of all what is GDDR3 and GDDR2 ? If my ram is DDR2 then the graphics cards memory should also be GDDR2? Or it doesnt matter? Anyway i selected one GDDR3 and another Gddr2.

XFX PVT71UZDF9 GeForce 7950GX2 1GB 512-bit (256-bit x2) GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Xtreme HDCP Video Card
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6814150160

eVGA 512-P2-N548-TX GeForce 7600GS 512MB GDDR2 PCI Express x16 Video Card - Retail
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6814130021

Also please rate this system out of 10.

Dump the PC2-800 for memory that matches the processor FSB.

Proc is good, Motherboard is great.

I'd pick the 7950GX2 with the HDCP. That would be good for HD movies and such.

Out of ten, I'd give it a 8.6.

Is the 5200+ the best AM2 socket processor availible in the market ? Also is the M2n32Sli the best Am2 socket motherboard?

The memory you mentioned, i dont know if i will be able to find it where i live. In everyshop you go in there's always kingston ram availible. I havent seen any other ram. I dont know if they have it or not. Ill check it out.

By the way, which computer would you give a 10 with an Amd x2 processor with Am2 socket?

i'd say dual geforce 8800 gtx's in SLI would give better suit this description than a 7950.. ;) and the board is SLI capable. hahah..thatd be 1.5GB of video memory..thats insane. anywho, for the ram on the video card you should go for GDDR3. it has nothing to do with your system memory.
why not buy the ram from newegg if no stores around you have it?
according to newegg, the AMD Athlon 64 FX-62 is more expensive and has a higher clock speed, therefore it should be "better" than the 5200.
you may also want an aftermarket heatsink. although the one that came with my 3700+ has done its job quite well. until i overclock it from 2.2 to 2.9ghz, then it gets kinda hot. but i have otherways of keeping it cool in such a scenario, lol
if you get extravagant you may want to purchase a physics card and a sound card. you could also add a tv tuner if you so desired, but thats not going to help anything performance wise. just another toy.. lol

that's true, but he never said

and i want to have the best graphics and the quickist of systems for under $1,000.

he DID make that statement without the "for under $1,000". and he asked if there was anything he could do to make the system better as he was looking for the best parts.. so until we get the price tag modifier, we should be suggesting the best :P lol
