How to change my letterhead in LotusNotes?

If you hit F1, click "Search" and type in "letterhead" that gives step by step instructions

This is what I see on that page:

If you are an administrator (or you have access to do this) - you can open Domino Designer and add your image to the (Extended) Mail Database as such:

1. Open your "Extended Mail (R6)" database in Domino Designer.
2. Click "Shared Resources"
3. Click "Images"
4. Click "New Image Resource"
5. Select your image from your hard drive.

Your image will now be accessible from the Actions > Tools > Preferences > Letterhead Tab
