How to connect TV to PC

Ok i have a Samsung 26" le26r88bd and i was wondering if i could connect it to my graphics card with one of these cables, http://www.usbvideoadapter.com/6ft-sVIDEO-cable.jpg , or if anything else would be needed. Thanks

Does your video card have S-Video output?

Just connect it to your video card. All of the video cards now has video-out for TV display.
