HELP! I restarted my Lenovo Thinkpad T61P with Windows XP as usual when the Microsoft automatic updates message came in and when I tried to log in to my one and only user account I get a message that "the domain is unavailable." I have tried to restart again and again and interrupt normal start up by holding down the ThinkVantage blue button but nothing happens, it starts up normally and gives me the sign in screen, where I again get the "domain unavailable" message. Does anyone know what I should do? Predictably this has occured just two months after my warranty has expired.

Is it supposed to be part of a domain?

I dont' know what the ThinkVantage button is but does this allow you to boot to safemode? If that's what ur trying to do, use the F8 key during startup.
