is it my laptop attack by virus?

im using karpersky 6, wen i scan my laptop no virus deteced...n some file scanned n the reason is iChecker, iSwift...wat the mean by this reasons?? is it coz of virus.? another one when i transfer file to pendrive, its take more than 2 hours for small file...my pendrive also have virus?
