Do you mean a company that will sell you third-party upgrades for you to install on your own, or do you mean installed while built initially?

Why the hunt for a laptop? Desktops corner the idealism on upgrades & game demands at much better prices, I'm afraid.
I'd love to change the world, but they won't give me the source code.

i already have a computer.
i want a laptop for ease of portability....i want to be able to be anywhere and know i can do work wherever a plug is available...or the battery.

this is the simple question i need answered:

can you upgrade the video card inside of a dell laptop? what about hp? are there any laptop companies that make laptops but also allow you to upgrade the gpu after purchase?

The short answer would be no.
