Sorry if this in the wrong forum, but I have to leave fairly soon. I'm posting on behalf of a friend of mine. She accidently left her Laptop, which I believe is an Acer model, out in her car overnight while the temperatures were far below the freezing mark. She said that it will not start up, and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to what the problem might be. She said it does not work regardless of whether the AC adapter is plugged in, so that eliminates the prospect of it being the battery. Any help or information would be appreciated.

Thank You.

I would let it warm up if you havnt already and try again. Electrontics dont function well at extreme low temps.
