I've backed up a large pile of files 80 gigs about...

I need to burn them all to dvd's

It would be really helpfull if i could like zip up the bundle and cut it into 6.3 gig slices.

Does anyone have experiance with the cut command?? or a good way to approach this in a unix environment?

Any luck with it? Why not just get another HDD. It would cost the same as buying all the DVD's!
